- All Questions - View all available questions
- Pricing and Plans - Questions about costs and subscription plans
- Job Posting - Questions related to creating and managing job posts
Content Area​
- Displays questions and answers for selected category
- Shows "No questions found" when no content is available
- Provides message when no questions are currently available
Best Practices​
Finding Information:​
- Check Relevant Categories - Start with the most relevant category for your question
- Use All Questions - Browse all FAQs if you're unsure of category
When No Questions Are Available:​
- Check back periodically as content may be added
- Use other help resources like Career Guidance
- Contact system administrators for assistance
- Refer to platform documentation if available
Troubleshooting​
Common Issues:​
No Questions Displayed
- Issue: "No questions found" message appears
- Cause: No FAQ content has been added to the system
- Solution: Contact administrators to add FAQs or check back later
Cannot Find Specific Answer
- Issue: Your question isn't covered in existing FAQs
- Solution: Use other support channels or contact help desk
Category Empty
- Issue: Selected category shows no questions
- Cause: No questions assigned to that category yet
- Solution: Try "All Questions" or other categories
